Is it my responsibility to notify the Sky Meadows Board of Trustees when I purchase property in Sky Meadows Ranch?

Yes, you should email the Sky Meadows Ranch Board of Trustees Treasurer and Secretary when you become an owner. Please email: smrtreasurer@outlook.com and smrsecretary@outlook.com. You must provide your contact information so billing and communications reach you. The selling owner is also responsible for notifying the Board of a change in ownership. There is a $350 per lot transfer fee that must be paid to Sky Meadows when ownership changes.
